Terms of use
Last updated: 22 Oct 2026
1. Purpose
KWET gives alliances of the game Last War: Survival statistics drawn from their own game data. Using the site, or creating an alliance, means accepting these terms. The publisher is identified in the legal notice.
2. Free plan and kitty
An alliance starts free, with the last 4 weeks of history. Any member can add prepaid months (€10 for a 30-day month): they add up for the whole alliance, with no subscription and no automatic renewal. The credit belongs to the alliance and is neither transferable nor refundable in cash. When it runs out, the site stays open on the free plan and nothing is deleted.
3. Payment and refunds
The seller is Lemon Squeezy, which takes the payment, applies VAT and issues the receipt. Refunds and the right of withdrawal are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its terms: send it your request. KWET never sees your bank details.
4. R4/R5 accounts
The admin tools are reserved for R4/R5, signed in with Discord. Access follows the in-game rank. The invitation link is personal: keeping it secret is its recipient's responsibility. Officers answer for the data they send and must only send their own alliance's.
5. Data from the game
The data comes from the game, captured by a third-party tool chosen by the alliance. It may be incomplete, late or wrong, and must not be used to settle a dispute, sanction a player or commit to a purchase. See the privacy policy for players' rights.
6. No affiliation
KWET is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by FunFly (FirstFun), the publisher of Last War: Survival, nor by any publisher or distributor of the game. The game's names and trademarks belong to their owners. Using a third-party tool with the game is your sole responsibility under the game's own terms.
7. Fair use and suspension
No unlawful use, no attempt to reach another alliance, no abusive load on the service. We may suspend or delete a space that breaks these rules, or if the game's publisher requires it.
8. Service as is
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors, and we do our best to back data up without being able to promise it. Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows; consumers' mandatory rights are not affected. French law; these terms may change, the date is at the top of the page.
